UNIFI TV OFFERS FREE VIEWING OF OLYMPIC GAMES PARIS 2024 ON 17 CHANNELS VIA UNIFI TV APP
KUALA LUMPUR, 16 JULY 2024 – Unifi TV, Malaysia’s largest platform for premier channels and streaming apps, has been named an official broadcaster for the highly anticipated Olympic Games Paris 2024. Making the Games accessible to all Malaysians wherever they are, Unifi TV will offer viewing access starting 24 July to 12 August 2024 through its Unifi TV app.
With 17 HD channels dedicated to cover all 32 sports and 329 events, everyone including non-Unifi customers can download and register for the complimentary service via the Unifi TV app from various app stores across all smart devices. Existing and new subscribers will enjoy live broadcasts, exclusive interviews, and behind-the-scenes access to their favourite games and athletes with no new or additional charges.
Further demonstrating support for the Malaysian contingent, Unifi TV has also launched the hashtag #SemangatTakTerbatas which will be extended across Unifi’s official social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.

Tan Sri Azlan, who shall complete his term as Chairman on 31 July 2023, expressed his confidence in the appointment of Dato' Zainal Abidin and stated, "I am delighted to hand over the reins to Dato' Zainal Abidin. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the corporate sector make him the ideal candidate to lead TM into its next phase of growth. TM One LEAP Summit 2022 poised to advance next-gen enterprise transformation with world-class innovators
TM One’s annual flagship event LEAP Summit returns for a fifth year, anchoring on the theme ‘Enabling Your Next: Innovate and Transform’ TM One, the enterprise and government sector business solutions arm of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), held its high-impact annual flagship event, LEAP Summit 2022 today, aimed at propelling enterprise innovation and transformation as Malaysian businesses take advantage of the nation’s initial economic recovery. The fifth in its series, LEAP Summit 2022 themed ‘Enabling Your Next: Innovate & Transform’, brought together world-class digital experts and over 200 of Malaysia’s top decision makers to better understand how these leaders could unleash their innovation potential and take their businesses to the next level. Imri Mokhtar, Group Chief Executive Officer of TM, in his welcoming address said that increased customer expectations for digital services and platforms are reshaping how enterprises work and conduct their business. TM expands its unifi service to more areas in Kuching
Residents of three (3) more villages in Kuching namely Kampung Boyan, Kampung Gersik and Kampung Surabaya can now enjoy high speed Internet connectivity with unifi. Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), through TM Sarawak, today expanded its unifi service to three (3) more villages in Kuching, Sarawak namely Kampung Boyan, Kampung Gersik and Kampung Surabaya (Kpg BGS). The service expansion has provided an opportunity for new and existing TM customers in the area to experience high-speed Internet connectivity delivered via fibre optic network. To mark the occasion, a special event titled “Juh Tukar Ke unifi @ Tebingan Sungai BGS” was held and launched by YB Datuk Dr. Haji Abdul Rahman Haji Junaidi, Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department (Islamic Affairs & Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU)) and Assistant Minister of Utility (Water Supply).
