UNIFI TV LAUNCHES ALL-NEW ANEKA PLUS PACK WITH VIDIO, ONE OF SEA’S TOP 3 STREAMING APPS
KUALA LUMPUR, 13 SEPTEMBER 2024 – Unifi TV, Malaysia’s largest platform of premier channels and streaming apps, relaunched its popular Aneka Plus Pack, now bundled with Vidio, Indonesia’s number one streaming app which is also among Southeast Asia’s (SEA) top three platforms.
Being the only streaming platform to reach more than 4 million subscribers in Indonesia alone, Vidio’s extensive library of Indonesian content is anticipated to resonate well with Malaysian viewers. Its comprehensive offerings include Vidio Original series Gelas Kaca, Ratu Adil and Santri Pilihan Bunda featuring cast such as Aura Kasih, Dian Sastrowardoyo, Naura Ayu and many more.

Vidio is available via the new Aneka Plus Pack, which also includes more than 20 premium channels and three streaming apps for only RM30 a month. An a la carte option is also available to new and existing Unifi subscribers (with and without TV Packs) from only RM8.40 a month. Customers can also enjoy a one-month complimentary viewing from now until 24 September 2024 with the Vidio a la carte subscription.

Employees of TM at Menara TM One, Damansara and Kepayan, Kota Kinabalu tested positive for Covid-19
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) confirms two (2) positive cases of Covid-19 amongst its employees. One of the affected employees is based at Menara TM One in Damansara, Kuala Lumpur and the other is at its Kepayan office in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Both employees are currently under quarantine and receiving treatment at Government quarantine and medical facilities. TM management and staff are together praying for their speedy recovery. TM has taken proactive measures to mitigate further spread of the virus and keep our customers, staff and communities safe. At Menara TM One, all occupants were immediately evacuated and the office building closed for seven (7) days to facilitate thorough disinfection and sanitisation in accordance to the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health (MoH). TM offices in Sabah, Kedah and other Red Zone areas had been closed much earlier as proactive precaution in correspondence to the increasing cases recently. Following these two new positive cases, detailed contact tracing is being carried out by the MoH, assisted by TM's COVID-19 Crisis Response Team (CRT), to identify and inform those whom had close contact with the affected employees. Identified close contacts are being contacted by MoH for further advice and action. In ensuring continued services to our customers, TM employees at the affected states and areas have reverted back to Work From Home (WFH) arrangement utilising digital channels and online productivity tools. Meanwhile, critical function employees (contact centre, field teams for service installation and restoration) shall continue working in compliance to Government and TM's added safety protocols and guidelines. TM would like to remind everyone at all times to keep safe social distance, hygiene and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as advised by the Government. TM has taken and will continue to take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees and community.
TM REVOLUTIONISES DIGITAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES WITH NEXT GEN E-PHARMACY SOLUTION
CYBERJAYA, 14 MARCH 2024 – TM via its Unifi Business segment, today unveiled its latest digital business offering called the e-Pharmacy Solution, a mobile application that enables e-prescriptions via teleconsultation for pharmacists and their walk-in patients. Bundled with Unifi Business’ fixed broadband plans from 100Mbps up to 2Gbps, this offering in collaboration with Teleme Technologies, Malaysia’s leading telemedicine platform, includes access to over 500 licensed healthcare professionals for teleconsultation, e-prescriptions, customised Digital Signature, e-health articles and a repository for patients’ medical records. Harnessing TM’s networks and its approximately 600 nationwide Unifi Business consultants, the offering aims to help pharmacists dispense essential medications and pharmaceutical services, especially among rural and underserved communities. Through e-prescriptions, these communities will be able to access prescribed medications seamlessly, enhancing adherence and improving health outcomes. Launched by Minister of Communications YB Fahmi Fadzil, TM’s e-Pharmacy Solution aligns with the collaboration between the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS) during the Persidangan PEDi MADANI, to accelerate the digitalisation of healthcare services, and bridge the urban-rural gap in equitable access to quality healthcare. This offering is also eligible for the Government’s Geran Digital PMKS Madani (GDPM), ensuring pharmacists from the micro, small and medium enterprise segment (MSME) receive the support they need to embrace digitalisation and enable a more inclusive healthcare system for all Malaysians. DNB, TM and ZTE Collaborate On World's First and Fastest 28Gbps 5G mmWave on Standalone 5G Core
